Why should I report an Issue with FaxReceive - receive fax phone?

1. Extra star for being functionalThe app works, but I dont like the fact that there is a cap on how many pages you can receive, if I paid for the time I should be able to receive as many pages that I want for that time period and the pricing for extended time is a little much.

2. Purchased 1 hour so I could pass on phone number thinking I would get fax tomorrow sometime and the time started ticking down.

3. What a waste of money, I got verification that the other end sent, I just never received, wheres the refund button?Wish they would go back to per page cost of sending AND receiving but assume paying the extra months for a dedicated block of unused numbers doesn't make sense.

4. Then you have 1 hour to get number coordinate fax and receive up to 10 pages.

5. I bought an hour of time for a very large corporation (Equifax) to fax me sensitive information.

6. Seems in this age of digital service there would be a better way.App will not let you use your phone number to receive FAX.

7. Totally user friendly and transparent on how to accomplish both send and receive faxes.

8. You can't buy time until your your ready to receive fax.

9. Ten mins passed, still nothing, I hung up the phone cause I had about 8 more mins before my time ran out.

10. They would not give me another hour even though they could see that I didn't receive any faxes.

11. WHEW!! Will use again, if needed.I paid for an hour, the lady was on the phone with me until it went through.

1. Fix FaxReceive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FaxReceive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FaxReceive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FaxReceive" » Open FaxReceive - receive fax phone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FaxReceive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FaxReceive - receive fax phone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FaxReceive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FaxReceive - receive fax phone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FaxReceive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FaxReceive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FaxReceive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FaxReceive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FaxReceive not working

2. Fix FaxReceive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FaxReceive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FaxReceive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FaxReceive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
