Nextstop 2 Customer Insights

1. I highly recommend this app for businesses that do a lot of deliveries and PickupsI've been using this app for about 6 weeks and after an update on my device start working no good the maps is not accurate sometimes show me that I arrive when I'm behind of a building and my location is next building getting crazy that some times doesn't know where I'm tells me to go some direction then change... I'm already ask google maps for this issue also let's see what happenI use the app for my courier business.

2. KEYWORDS WHEN IT WORKS!This is a great app it allows the company that I work for to alert me to pick ups and deliveries so I can get to them on time it even connect me to Google Maps so I don't get my directions wrong period.

3. while driving from City to City it's not quite accurate with its location it'll say 5 or 10 miles from this city or that City but you're not actually 5 or 10 miles in that City but in another city.not able to get notifications with orders or messages.

4. I hope you can address the issue, because needing to clear the keypad off constantly does get annoying.I have used the app on several courier contracts, with varying degrees of success.

5. Well as long as Google Maps is working I don't get lost but Google Maps has got me lost a couple times but next stop has never done me wrong.

6. When you scan specimens it will delete them way after scanning is done, Also when you use the photo function it will also delete pictures for no reason way after it was saved.Like some people I know it works when it wants to.

7. The catch is, you need a second phone or pad of some sort with maps and service so you can have a visualization of your route.

8. Also at times stops disappear, become out of order, freeze up after scanning, or after scanning one manifest jumps to signature before scanning other manifests.

9. This does extra steps in our night sadly.This app has more bugs than it is worth! Use this app for my job and I got a brand new Motorola One and it silences my phones ringer when using it.

10. With that being said, the keypad, normally appearing when I click a text box at the signature/notes screen, has started appearing automatically with every switch to a new screen or refresh of the current screen.

11. some yards I come to it's required that you do 15 to 20 miles an hour and that takes off of your Driving time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nextstop 2 Issues

1. Fix Nextstop 2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Nextstop 2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Nextstop 2 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nextstop 2" » Open Nextstop 2 by CXT Software » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nextstop 2 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Nextstop 2 by CXT Software app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nextstop 2 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nextstop 2 by CXT Software" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Nextstop 2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nextstop 2 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Nextstop 2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nextstop 2 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nextstop 2 not working


2. Fix Nextstop 2 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nextstop 2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nextstop 2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nextstop 2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
