Great App 👌The content is fine, however, there is one INCREDIBLY ANNOYING thing that happens every time I use the app: I am reading some interesting article in your app and then I switch to a different app, for example, to browser or to WhatsApp, and when I switch back to your app, the article is no longer there and there is no way to find it.

2. Really can't wait to click such an opportunity.I rarely giving a feedback directly from Playstore to any apps, except McKinsey Insights! I install this app with expectation that it could give an insight while killing time but wow it's surely surpass my expectation! I'm amazed with the interior of this app.

3. It is not much useful when the audio stops when the phone display turns off.Articles are not interesting.

4. To the dev team, can you please add the feature to listen to article audio even when the phone is locked or after auto display turn off.

5. Could you, please, do something about it? Like introduce a history of read articles or prevent the app from defaulting to home screen after a period of inactivity.This is one of the best apps I have come across and used.

9. The way it illustrate problems and solutions with a sophisticated but not so much animated chart is mesmerizing and the topics is very interesting.

1. Fix McKinsey Insights Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart McKinsey Insights: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the McKinsey Insights App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "McKinsey Insights" » Open McKinsey Insights » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for McKinsey Insights » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear McKinsey Insights app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from McKinsey Insights servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "McKinsey Insights" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check McKinsey Insights app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, McKinsey Insights might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall McKinsey Insights. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall McKinsey Insights then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing McKinsey Insights not working

2. Fix McKinsey Insights Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make McKinsey Insights be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to McKinsey Insights not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, McKinsey Insights may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
