3. One stop solution from all your file transfer needs concerning your Android gadget. • Standard File Transfer Protocol.

1. Better yet, allow write access to the file system directly. It shows your phone data in read only mode, but in full access mode it makes you put out your files into a folder called "files" that's buried deep in the bowels of the app.
2. MOREOVER, the app allows you upload to, and download from, the phone by drag'n'drop, A MUST Hug from Brazil to you.Wow! What an incredible app! Just short of 30 000 files (9 Gigs) needed to be transferred from my Samsung GTN5100-T - mission impossible until I found this app.
3. Surely there's a way of transferring files wirelessly!" A few seconds' Googling and I had the perfect answer: this app! As far as I can tell it works flawlessly and fast in both directions with no data errors.First I gave ONE star because it never paired with the computer thru on the both ways they have to get connected.
4. Files must be written to a "Files" folder created by the program under Android\Data\com.damiapp.softdatacable\Files. You can build or copy any folder structure you wish to this folder, then move it where you wish after the file copy is done.
5. (I use Samsung MyFiles for that.) It would be nice if the user could choose the location of the Write folder rather than always having to go digging through the Android/Data folder structure to find new files.
6. Also the permissions are wrong and the API it uses is for an older version of Android.I love this app! Just as I got tired of messing about with USB cables (and sometimes having the laptop fail to see my Fire tablet!), it suddenly occurred to me to think: "Hang on - the laptop and tablet both have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, both of which are wireless.
7. Puts a friendly (for small touchscreens) face on the old reliable FTP protocol.the app would work wirelessly but it's been months now that I can't connect using bar code I have to manually type in ip address to connect it's annoying.
8. I use SDC to configure my phone as an FTP server and then access the phone's file system with Windows Explorer.
9. This app reliably moves GB's of audio files between my S7's SD card and my WIndows 10 PC.
10. Also great for getting files to/from laptop or desktop.
11. Be aware that write access to the SD card's file system is not available,.
