Insightly CRM Customer Insights

1. I hope they fix this.I like the browser version, but in this app when I want to create a lead, let's say i find a contact on Instagram and want to copy their info to insightly, when I put in the email, then switch to Instagram to get the phone number and get back to insightly the Email I had put in is gone.

2. Chiefly that I can't copy an email address from a lead screen on my Pixel 2 running the latest version of Android.

3. For a manager, viewing reports is essential for tracking performance of sales and projects, and you have to revert to the web interface instead as the app doesn't show them.Great capabilities, unuseable ui.

4. This used to be a feature, but the new update, while once again allowing for tasks to display in order of due date, no longer displays the organization name.

5. On the next Update please Make it like the older Version.Program has potential but I got 4 crashes in 10 min, devs what is wrong.

6. What's the point of having an app when it's easier to work from a mobile browser to get work done??There are significant problems with sorting and keeping up with tasks.

7. Works fine on my desktop , but the phone app in the feild does not link properly to see your task information.

8. I like to be able to see tasks that are due next with the organization name displayed, and check them off using the widget.

9. If I create a task for someone other than me on the app, most of the time it doesn't sync.

10. it's not possible for me to input lead info from the same device, which is a hell of an inconvenience when I discover leads on the go.

11. Samsung galaxy s8+ can this be fixed?No issues with the app..but it's missing the most useful feature from the web interface - Reports.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Insightly CRM Issues

1. Fix Insightly CRM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Insightly CRM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Insightly CRM App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Insightly CRM" » Open Insightly CRM » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Insightly CRM » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Insightly CRM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Insightly CRM servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Insightly CRM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Insightly CRM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Insightly CRM might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Insightly CRM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Insightly CRM then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Insightly CRM not working


2. Fix Insightly CRM Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Insightly CRM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Insightly CRM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Insightly CRM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
