1. Please for the love of all that you find holy, PUT IT BACKI wish the mobile app couldn't swipe to move appointments, too easy to make a mistake, and that the online desktop version had an easier way to skip to multiple stylists (IE ahead 2,4,6, weeks, and then back to today.)I use it daily.
2. I have made sure this feature is turned on in settings, my salon admin has double and tripple checked that I have permissions and i have contacted support multiple times.
3. Text feature has error messages frequently and delayed texts and they get mixed up with other clients from time to time which makes the business look unorganized.
4. It makes it a massive pain to see everyone's schedule, and it jumps around each time it *updates* to the most current version of the schedule.
5. It was fine over the past two years until 2-3 mo ago.K.I.S.S. I used to love Salon Iris back when it had a simple user-friendly UI and excellent technical support.
6. I used salon Iris for years, but after my business blew up it just doesn't do what in need easily or efficiently.
7. Best part is when customers type cancel for their appt they get opted out of the system.I was referred to this app by a friend and I am very happy with it! This program is perfect for independent stylists.
8. Customer service is extremely helpful and informative with many tips to navigate the program for individual needs.The app is pretty glitchy! And still wont give me online appointment request notifications.
9. SI is super slow and frequently has issues connecting with the server, keeping us from being able to access our schedules remotely when we need to.Constant glitching with both app & website.
10. Sometimes it jumps multiple weeks on me and I lose where I am.Salon Iris I'm so disappointed in you.
11. I wish there was a way to book appts with out having the computer on, then maybe when the computer is turned on, the receptionist can confirm appts made off hours.
