1. Recently realized there is a 'current location' button hidden in the map icon menu, thats an important function I didnt see before.Very buggy! And support is slow as molasses! I have a problem with not being able to disposition leads properly and I've been back and forth with support for a week without resolution.
2. It's easy to use and does all the things I want, however, sometimes, after filling in a First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number, the app reverts back to an auto-saved point, often clearing a box(s) of all data.
3. I'm not sure why Android crashes more than iPhone, but some people on iPhone have been having issues as well.BUG: I cannot add users to any of the zones that I create.
4. So, it's ok to lose all the work a rep has done on the streets (the whole purpose of the app)? Instead of making a bunch of notes and favorites and other garbage, how about just spend time mastering what this is supposed to do.
5. I also don't like how the appt setting has been updated as it doesn't always let me set it and when it does, you can't schedule an appt on a half hr (like 5:30), which means it won't export to my calendar any more.

8. I'm deleting it on both devices now.Apps that don't allow you to try them out in full to see if they actually work within your system have a piss poor sales strategy.
9. It crashes all the time, it won't show assigned areas and sometimes won't show shared leads even though all my settings are correct.
10. I didn't want to go back to pen and paper, so I tried a few canvassing apps, eventually landing on Sales Rabbit.
11. Still room for performance improvement, but the ludicrous issues crippling the app seem to have been resolved.
