Keep up the good work guys.It's really good app but when you make the order and select the same product and accept the order, the app show you a preview like a list and show you separate the same product and don't have to show that, for example 5 lollipops, no 1 lollipop five times.there are more tnan thirty feature which are generally free and stndard on all other restaunrant pos apps' this developer gives you free basic system and expects you to pay about ten dollars or more for each feature this will end up costing you a serious amount of money for a rudimentary pos.

2. New version now has a mode called "company report" which costs an additional $45 and has the exact same functions as the sales reports we were printing, which is unavailable now and required by us for our end of day.

3. In the previous version we were able to print our daily sales report as we paid for a "report printer" on top of already paying for the same printer to print orders AND receipts.

4. Will be looking for an alternative solution as soon as we move.I have been using this for the past 4-5 years.. It is AWESOME... The team does excellent.

1. Restart Restaurant Point of Sale: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Restaurant Point of Sale App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Restaurant Point of Sale" » Open Restaurant Point of Sale - POS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Restaurant Point of Sale » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Restaurant Point of Sale - POS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Restaurant Point of Sale servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Restaurant Point of Sale - POS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Restaurant Point of Sale app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Restaurant Point of Sale might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Restaurant Point of Sale. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Restaurant Point of Sale then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Restaurant Point of Sale not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Restaurant Point of Sale be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
