1. I buy the pro .. and It is all good... Until i restocking the item... I cant edit the restock history, there is no trace how many quantity i have input... If i want to edit the quantity, i need to do it manually to the item detail instead changing the restock history... As a store, we sell and we buy, this apps is good for the selling part, you can cancel, refund, delete the wrong input, but the buying part, they dont trace it the way the selling part... I will give 5 stars once they fix thisHave used this for years, and has done what I needed it to do.

One more desired feature is to be able to see the stock numbers online for each pos Also trying to upgrade to the pro version on my second tab and it does not allow to pay as it does not recognise the email But in general very solid app which we are using all the timeI have been using this app since 2016 and it has been perfect for business especially with the functionality to sync sales to a Google doc.

3. Doing a backup and restore didn't work properly, I had to do some work arounds to get it to restore to other devices.

4. Overall it is hard for me to recommend this due to all the broken syncing features, and a barely functional backup and restore feature.Basically a very good app with all required features.

5. Thanks.Very nice app works like a charm, it would be nice to have modifiers for the menu items and a retrieve bottom on the tabshop display App when an order is deleted by accident.

6. But now that I try to move the data to other devices, like syncing between devices (Google Drive and server/client) it simply just has never worked.

7. Is there a way to see the cost of what you have in inventory? Like it shows cost of sold items and income of sold items with profit but the cost of sold items AND inventory left would be extremely useful.

8. Will update to 5* if I'm able to do this.I have been using this software since 2014.

9. I reached out to the developers via email and I was assisted in a flash.Paid for pro version still stuck in free.

10. By the way, please help me remove the four images in the default and solve the problem of saving unable to save backup in my phone SD card.

11. Also need to figure out how if possible to see data online without the need to save reports to the drive.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TabShop POS & Point of Sale Issues

1. Fix TabShop POS & Point of Sale Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TabShop POS & Point of Sale: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TabShop POS & Point of Sale App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TabShop POS & Point of Sale" » Open TabShop POS & Point of Sale » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TabShop POS & Point of Sale » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TabShop POS & Point of Sale app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TabShop POS & Point of Sale servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TabShop POS & Point of Sale" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TabShop POS & Point of Sale app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TabShop POS & Point of Sale might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TabShop POS & Point of Sale. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TabShop POS & Point of Sale then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TabShop POS & Point of Sale not working


2. Fix TabShop POS & Point of Sale Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TabShop POS & Point of Sale be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
