2. Joint account holders should register separately. • Managing your receipts is available to Business Banking and Premier customers only. • Savings goal available on instant access savings accounts. • My Loyalty Cards is available to customers aged 18+.

From being able to quickly check your account balances and transactions, to moving money between accounts, sending money securely to others and paying someone new up to £1000 without a card reader or getting cash from an ATM without your debit card, our app gives you greater control of your finances.
4. It’s available to customers aged 11+ with compatible Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.
5. Only available for Personal and Premier Current accounts. • You can create one Travel Plan at a time, for a maximum period of 90 days, that include up to seven countries.

1. Brilliant...👌👍The app was perfect, easy and quick to use but then someone changed how its used making it take longer to do anything with, why did you allow this to happen? Surely updating an app is meant to make it easier to use not harder I would have given it 5 stars the way it was before it was butcheredMy one complaint is that I am unable to complete a purchase because: Although I have a notification telling me that I have a request to approve, when I go to approve it, the app tells me I have no requests to approve! This is the second time it has happened.
2. Stupid peopleSo disappointed with this update, not user friendly, used to be great and efficient, takes too long and has too many steps to transfer money between your accounts, Which I have to do regularly.This app was great originally.

6. I've just bought a new phone & I'm trying to update my profile with the bank, boy I can get through to Fort knox easier.
7. Staff at local bank ,,, Antrim branch Market Squarse,,, are outstanding.
8. Every update seems to add at least one more button press in order to make a transfer between accounts.

10. What a waste of time in updating the app when it doesn't work & now I can't use itEverytime I try to get my activation code, I have to start from scratch again, its a useless app.
