Employee Self-Service Customer Insights

1. When I first download the app I got into app fine no problem then the 2nd day trying to log in it boots me straight out of app back to my home page what's going on with the appWorked first time I logged in and now glitches and shuts down.

2. The app keeps crashing was only able to login the first time after that the app keeps closing and crashing.

3. So infuriating as I'm gonna now get a freaking paper check! Fix your dang app!Crashes to home every time I try to log in.

4. My work requires for my job.I still can't get on this stupid platform it just glitches and closes out.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Employee Self-Service Issues

1. Fix Employee Self-Service Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Employee Self-Service: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Employee Self-Service App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Employee Self-Service" » Open Employee Self-Service » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Employee Self-Service » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Employee Self-Service app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Employee Self-Service servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Employee Self-Service" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Employee Self-Service app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Employee Self-Service might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Employee Self-Service. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Employee Self-Service then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Employee Self-Service not working


2. Fix Employee Self-Service Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Employee Self-Service be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Employee Self-Service not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Employee Self-Service may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
