2. I'm just looking for an app that can scan Aztec and GS1 data matrix and identify the gtin, lot, etc.Locks up phone completely.

4. Top marks for this product!!Everything I try downloading this app on my S10+ I open the app and all it says is "update will complete in less than 30 seconds".

5. Other than that it seems quite useful.Seriously slick app, does almost everything i wanted it to do and a whole lot of things i didnt know i wanted.

1. Fix CodeREADr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CodeREADr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CodeREADr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CodeREADr" » Open CodeREADr: Barcode Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CodeREADr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CodeREADr: Barcode Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CodeREADr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CodeREADr: Barcode Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CodeREADr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CodeREADr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CodeREADr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CodeREADr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CodeREADr not working

2. Fix CodeREADr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CodeREADr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CodeREADr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CodeREADr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
