1. Totally Useless! Get with it CDK! When this app worked it was very useful so please fix it! I have waited a LONG time for ADP to come out with an app for Service Connect and it definitely makes it easier to manage my cases but... I am using this app on my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 and my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. When you get a notification about a case update the notification will not open the app but even worse is that the notification sound will not shut off until you reboot the device and there are NO SETTINGS in the app to adjust notifications.

2. And now the desktop client Service Connect has been broken for days, so I have to call and hold for 30 minutes for support... can we trade CDK back in for ADP?I manage several different boxes for different clients.

3. Having to reboot your device to turn off a notification that you cannot even adjust settings for is poor app design - please fix ASAP.

4. displays an error saying to check connectivity to url, but url works fine through browser on same network/device.App is back working again, it's nice to have this functionality back again!!This app will not even open ever.

5. Seems like it's almost impossible to get support on the phone any more and CDK is pushing for everyone to open a chat session.

6. Thanks for the feedback, definitely a 5 star app.Both on Android and iOS I get strange blank menus and cannot manually type my selections for the type of case.

7. Still some room for improvement, but very useful as is.This is by far the best way to open and manage cases with CDK.

1. Fix CDK Service Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CDK Service Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CDK Service Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CDK Service Connect" » Open CDK Service Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CDK Service Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CDK Service Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CDK Service Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CDK Service Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CDK Service Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CDK Service Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CDK Service Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CDK Service Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CDK Service Connect not working

2. Fix CDK Service Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CDK Service Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CDK Service Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CDK Service Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
