Only the problems when uploading CV in pdf file in vacancies the file not opening.Fast app neat and easy to use Thank you for making our experience much better I reccomend if you add the possibility of adding our leave sickleave and other leave from the app to make our life easier Thank you soo much for the great effort that you do for us as a governmental employeeIt is an excellent app, however you should add leave application, view and approval of annual appraisal, application of jobs, view of previously applied job.

2. still same problem, very frequent does not work, says wrong username and password!!! no service,......The app doesn't work properly... All I can do is viewing the slip and employee information... the attendance is always registered as absent, No in & out timing, can't use Permission field...Very good App , easy to use and very helpful .

In short we need to have all the features that you can view via CSB websiteVery helpfull app , it will b nice that your good office inform the employee as well when the requested service is registered with you to update the employee if any additional dacuments are needed to speed up the serviceIts an amazing app.

Needs some improvement though like when a notification is up and we want to register it's locked.. and when you retire from the ministry you can't access your old slip salaries .. you can't request for any documents as its showing in the application...Very convenient to access all your payslips and work details.

5. finally it should be updated regulary (I'm promoted and yet the system is not showing my promotion)frequently does not work and cannot access the service.

6. However the payslip calendar automatically takes me to the month before not the current month.. Which confused me a couple of times.the app is very good but it need some development.

7. it should allow us to view "at least" the last month attendance and i perefer if we could enter our permissions such as coming late at the same day.

8. It's a very good application.

9. All work related at your finger tips.

10. Just one suggestion, please add the link to horison as well.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GovEmployee Issues

1. Fix GovEmployee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GovEmployee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GovEmployee App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GovEmployee" » Open GovEmployee » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GovEmployee » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GovEmployee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GovEmployee servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GovEmployee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GovEmployee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GovEmployee might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GovEmployee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GovEmployee then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GovEmployee not working


2. Fix GovEmployee Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GovEmployee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GovEmployee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GovEmployee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
