1. Great service if it worked.Unfortunately this app doesn't work like it says it does! I have downloaded documents that I know have downloaded & I even seen in my downloads, but whenever I try to upload those documents I can never find them to upload! SMH 😔 Unfortunately it just keeps saying it can't be found! So what good is it to have this App, if it doesn't do what it says it does!! So unfortunately I had to uninstall it!! Don't waste your time! This App doesn't work properly!!I like being able to be connected with my benefits, case worker s, and staying up to date with all that goes on here... It was just a little difficult seeing and uploading basic documents.

2. Despite the flaws, still ahead of other states in having app access to account.Been having alot of issues sending documents to case in app.

3. Doesn't notify you of new messages or documents.

4. It doesn't allow you to view any documents you have provided.

5. Every review I see is negative but I have never once had an issue with logging on or viewing all my balances and purchases or documents and messages.

6. Sure the back button doesn't work but there's nothing wrong with just using the back arrow at the top left of the screen.

7. Last month office said they are not getting the documents i sent them in app.

8. Went to My Documents then My Forms, hit Submit and WOW! There's the phone appt.

9. I go online to the desk top site and there isn't ab upload documents option i can find.

10. Last update deleted my shortcut and access to account.

11. These lacking things would be helpful to have, as well as being able to submit and manage application, changes, and request information and verification of things.

1. Fix C4Yourself Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart C4Yourself: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the C4Yourself App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "C4Yourself" » Open C4Yourself » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for C4Yourself » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear C4Yourself app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from C4Yourself servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "C4Yourself" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check C4Yourself app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, C4Yourself might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall C4Yourself. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall C4Yourself then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing C4Yourself not working

2. Fix C4Yourself Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make C4Yourself be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to C4Yourself not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, C4Yourself may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
