Great app for small business, easy to invite employees to add app to their cell phones.Super straightforward and easy to use looking forward to using it for a month and seeing how I feel about it then but everything's been very straightforward thus farI wish it had the option to schedule multiple people at the same job.

2. For me it's obnoxious when I'm trying to write the schedule or update schedule on the app and it disappears back to the current day.It's good for employees to clock in and out and keep track of their times.

3. I cant believe how poorly this app has handeld on my device.Great with a small suggestion, please allow managers to set default start/end time so as not to have to edit this continually.

Would be better if there was a running clock of the total times so that we don't have to clock out to see the total.The app is alright, I do however, wish that it would change the dates automatically, if you forget to change the dates, your hours will simply continue to add up in the same week, thanks.I'm gving up on this app.

5. Maybe in settings add the option to select 30-60 min break so that when the schedule adds up the times it ads to (example) 40, instead of 42.5 (this is adding 30 mins for 5 days).

6. Watch for the email".Really enjoying this app! We have 5 employees and it is easy to navigate, edit, and add or delete employees.

7. New employees are told "you won't have a time clock for a few days.

8. A recent update has made it to some of my staff members can't clock on It freezes on their prior date of work.

9. we use this for our cleaning business and besides that, it's great!Its constantly having bugs preventing me from clocking in or out.

10. My foreman then spends time getting their work time correct.

1. Fix ezClocker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ezClocker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ezClocker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ezClocker" » Open ezClocker: Employee Time Track » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ezClocker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ezClocker: Employee Time Track app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ezClocker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ezClocker: Employee Time Track" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ezClocker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ezClocker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ezClocker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ezClocker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ezClocker not working

2. Fix ezClocker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ezClocker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ezClocker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ezClocker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
