1. I made advanced payments just so i can delete my old card but i still could not get approval using a new card.Having Bad experiance with this App paid on time previous loan twice for the third time getting declined issue while applying although sending an emails on given mail address but they can't determine that rejection issue so from my side you guys should be blocked your services and close your App as well.... 👎👎👎This apps it was very bad experience, I applied and its approved my application , they said will transfer the money to my account but unfortunately not , they transferred to any other account, in the apps showing will start payment on June 29 , but still I didn't receive the money.The customer service, collections, and other human related department, Will never ever support or provide assistance when you are in need of help when related to payment extension or payment tempo...

Then why people are needed to just say these words when you guys can't even support even a good credit history holder?This application is waist of time to apply the form coz they always declined , but i dont know how they send me a recieve loan with less interest advance but i dont know were the money go and how can i find out if i recieve coz my application was not complete ,much better we delete this apps its useless and waist of time .Very poor customer service .if you take the loan and you didn't pay on time they will keep calling and contacting you 10 times a day but if they took extra money bymistake they will not return it back to you .more than 2 weeks iam trying to get my money back and sending mail but no use.i think I need to raise complaint to central bank or what ? I keep sending mail your help desk but no point and you customer service are very poor they will reply after lo...

But from last 2-3 days when i login to my account its stuck on the first page).It's not trust able i am trying to get a loan but one month finished they no approve my application many times i send emails but everytime they give same reply very bad service...two time they approve and i repay in time ...very bad service 👎Worst of the worst,after i paid in one shot and tried to get a higher loan cashnow keeps declining my application.

4. Just one time I pay for half and only 300 imagine how they called all the numbers that I wrote in my application just for 300 and they charge the interest and paid for it.. In my recent application I pay in advance even it is not due they will not consider.

1. Fix CashNow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CashNow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CashNow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CashNow" » Open CashNow - Mobile Cash Loan App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CashNow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CashNow - Mobile Cash Loan App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CashNow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CashNow - Mobile Cash Loan App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CashNow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CashNow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CashNow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CashNow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CashNow not working

2. Fix CashNow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CashNow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CashNow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CashNow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
