Been trying to so speak with someone and no one to help.They will take waaaaaaaay too long to send you the application and they required you to have a certain ammount of money on your card in order to be approved.Customer service is pretty much non-existence! It's been two months and counting to get a replacement card because my card is damaged and no is able to help me find out what is going on?App is simple but easy to use and has all the things I need.

1. Fix TomoCredit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TomoCredit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TomoCredit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TomoCredit" » Open TomoCredit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TomoCredit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TomoCredit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TomoCredit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TomoCredit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TomoCredit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TomoCredit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TomoCredit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TomoCredit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TomoCredit not working

2. Fix TomoCredit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TomoCredit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TomoCredit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TomoCredit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
