Why should I report an Issue with Protect Net: safe firewall for android no root?

1. Also I bought the app notification thinking it would help but all it does is notify you of apps attempt without options to allow or block access from the notification.

2. It took a long time to block everything on my phone except the 7 apps I want to allow * Show allowed apps at the top of the list instead of bottom of list.

1. Fix Protect Net Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Protect Net: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Protect Net App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Protect Net" » Open Protect Net: safe firewall for android no root » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Protect Net » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Protect Net: safe firewall for android no root app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Protect Net servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Protect Net: safe firewall for android no root" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Protect Net app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Protect Net might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Protect Net. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Protect Net then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Protect Net not working

2. Fix Protect Net Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Protect Net be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Protect Net not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Protect Net may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
