1. I checked out your app to see what it was about, but I never finished setting up an account with you all and yet I have been charged recurrently 9 times! I cannot find anywhere where I have a subscription anywhere with you all to even be able to cancel anything and then when I go directly to the app to see if maybe there is something to help me there, I get an email thanking me for my new subscription!!!?? This is fraud!This app is great for me and I would recommend it to everyone.

2. Thanks Ad Tranquility best app ever .This app is supposed to help your device, but all it has done is kept my phone from working properly and I have not been able to do absolutely anything on my device including make a simple phone call.

3. I hope that I can make money to continue to pay for you and your security over my phone and I can keep the little that I have to pay for your service.

4. Because they have no history of purchase my bank account has been charged 6 times as I circle back around to get the best results for my phone.

5. I deleted my banking information and I've requested that they stop charging my card numerous times but they continue to take my money from an account that I deleted and now I will have to open an entirely new checking account because they won't stop.

6. The one disadvantage of when your account and phone is protected it makes your phone go a little bit slow but that doesn't affect me in a negative way.

7. I Uninstall it and my phone runs faster until my Google account gets agitated by spam/etc.

8. I would recommend this app if you are at risk of having spams or hackers.it causes my phone to go super slow.

9. they've stolen money from my checking account after I canceled the free subscription.

10. I reinstall it and the Google agitation goes away, but my phone runs SUPER SLOW.

11. Please fix this.I keep trying cancel my free one week trial.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AdTranquility Spam Protection Issues

1. Fix AdTranquility Spam Protection Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AdTranquility Spam Protection: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AdTranquility Spam Protection App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AdTranquility Spam Protection" » Open AdTranquility Spam Protection » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AdTranquility Spam Protection » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AdTranquility Spam Protection app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AdTranquility Spam Protection servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AdTranquility Spam Protection" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AdTranquility Spam Protection app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AdTranquility Spam Protection might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AdTranquility Spam Protection. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AdTranquility Spam Protection then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AdTranquility Spam Protection not working


2. Fix AdTranquility Spam Protection Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AdTranquility Spam Protection be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AdTranquility Spam Protection not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AdTranquility Spam Protection may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
