Why should I report an Issue with OneTracker - Package Tracker?

1. The app does everything from there to include, deciphering the carrier based on the tracking number, and carrier notifications of any movement of the package (with the present location) .

2. Development seems a bit slow, and/or the developer doesn't have the intention of adding features.Works perfect for package tracking.

4. Absolutely indispensable tracking tool! I have tried many all-in-one tracking apps, and this is the only one that has provided consistent, reliable push notifications for me, as long as battery optimization is disabled for the app so Android allows it to always run in the background.

5. All the other apps that used to work (similarly) end up never getting updated and all support is dropped (shiprack, package tracker...etc. Please keep the app going updated and all.

1. Fix OneTracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OneTracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OneTracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OneTracker" » Open OneTracker - Package Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OneTracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OneTracker - Package Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OneTracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OneTracker - Package Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OneTracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OneTracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OneTracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OneTracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OneTracker not working

2. Fix OneTracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OneTracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OneTracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OneTracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
