1. Feel free to respond at any time btwThis works fine for me but it does not block when on a certain sites I click on a link for something and a spammy ad site opens that prevent you from going back and having to manually exit it, sometimes it constanly happensI've got to begin using this app.

2. How's this app different than your own "adp for Samsung"? Or "adblock for Samsung"? Also, why can your "adb browser" block the YouTube ads, but this is app can't? Nor does it block empty ad spaces.

1. Fix Crystal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Crystal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Crystal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crystal" » Open Crystal for Samsung Internet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crystal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Crystal for Samsung Internet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crystal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crystal for Samsung Internet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Crystal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crystal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Crystal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crystal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crystal not working

2. Fix Crystal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Crystal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Crystal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Crystal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
