Call Recorder Customer Insights

1. The call recorder works and can automatically record when a phone call comes in .

2. Only issue was that all the recordings did not record the phone number for which the call either came from or was going too.

3. There is a hugh problem that when I make and receive calls I hear a ringing tone that keeps playing during the call and will not allow me to hear call clearly.

4. Not presently recommend.I have a Samsung Note 8 and this app works perfect on my phone both sides of the call no problems at all.

5. In terms of other apps, is the cost justified? I'm not sure.I tried a few call recorder apps.

6. The calls did not record, or at least there's no sound during playback from my phone and on my computer.

7. But even though like I meant in the audio is pretty clear and you can hear it... I like that you can share the recording .Good for recording calls in and out going.

9. If you exit out of the app while you are in a phone call, you will still be on the line but will not be able to hang up the call unless you power down your phone.

10. Plus it constantly has to have me hit the record button when I have it supposed to be recording all as soon as I answer the phone.

11. Some only record your side and you can't hear anything from the other side or some just very faintly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Call Recorder Issues

1. Fix Call Recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Call Recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Call Recorder App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call Recorder" » Open Call Recorder - Automatic Call Recorder (NO-ROOT) » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call Recorder » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Call Recorder - Automatic Call Recorder (NO-ROOT) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call Recorder servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call Recorder - Automatic Call Recorder (NO-ROOT)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Call Recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call Recorder might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Call Recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call Recorder then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call Recorder not working


2. Fix Call Recorder Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call Recorder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call Recorder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call Recorder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
