1. "OK" button on the remote should be circular and the rest can be square so that it would be much easier to operate it just by tactial senses and we wont need to switch on lights every time we need to navigate on the screen.The app is very good.

2. It's time to switch.I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor quality of the Jio mobile network and service.

3. 2-3 months later, they came to collect the router and wanted to charge me for missing router.. when, in fact, they at the time of installation used a charger from my old connection only.I want to give -(minus)10 Star for their support.

4. What a joke in the name of update.Asked jio workers to remove my old router and stuff immediately when my connection was severed, but they didn't take it back then.

5. Gives instant information of available data by self refreshing every time the app is opened.

6. Not much technicality is needed...I am writing to provide feedback regarding the Jio Caller Tune service.

7. Firstly, I appreciate the extensive library of songs and personalized caller tune options available.

8. The bot doesn't reply anymore, there are many of my msgs pending in chat but bot doesn't respond, the bug has been since last 3 updates and you haven't fixed it.

9. Moreover the worst thing you are doing is removing good old song from database and keeping trash songs which no one has ever heard of.

11. Overall, I have found the service to be reliable and convenient, but I have a few suggestions that could enhance the user experience further.

1. Fix MyJio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyJio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyJio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyJio" » Open MyJio: For Everything Jio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyJio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyJio: For Everything Jio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyJio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyJio: For Everything Jio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyJio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyJio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyJio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyJio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyJio not working

2. Fix MyJio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyJio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyJio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyJio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
