1. "OK" button on the remote should be circular and the rest can be square so that it would be much easier to operate it just by tactial senses and we wont need to switch on lights every time we need to navigate on the screen.The app is very good.

2. It's time to switch.I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor quality of the Jio mobile network and service.

9. Moreover the worst thing you are doing is removing good old song from database and keeping trash songs which no one has ever heard of.

10. If it continues I will port my number to other network.Terrible data speed.

11. Overall, I have found the service to be reliable and convenient, but I have a few suggestions that could enhance the user experience further.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyJio Issues

1. Fix MyJio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyJio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyJio App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyJio" » Open MyJio: For Everything Jio » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyJio » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyJio: For Everything Jio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyJio servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyJio: For Everything Jio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyJio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyJio might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyJio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyJio then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyJio not working


2. Fix MyJio Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyJio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyJio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyJio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
