AT&T Global Network Client Customer Insights

1. Very poor software product for such a large global corporation.I'm a AT&T customer and my account number contains 9 digits, but when get asked to input my account number it only allows me to put 8 digits, can't input all 9 digits.

2. I highly recommend looking for another solution.Working from home using this app and it renders my PC World Chromebook laptop useless due to slow speed and constant disconnections.

3. The account number doesn't have enough room for the nine digit account number.

4. Downloaded the Windows 10 version of this onto my laptop and this works over both ethernet and WiFi no problem.

5. Is you put a type C USB hub with an ethernet adaptor on it the Chromebook will use this instead of the WiFi but this app can only connect over WiFi.

6. Allows only 8 digits.Absolute trash.

7. How can I register my account????!!!!Can't use.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AT&T Global Network Client Issues

1. Fix AT&T Global Network Client Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AT&T Global Network Client: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AT&T Global Network Client App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AT&T Global Network Client" » Open AT&T Global Network Client » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AT&T Global Network Client » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AT&T Global Network Client app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AT&T Global Network Client servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AT&T Global Network Client" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AT&T Global Network Client app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AT&T Global Network Client might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AT&T Global Network Client. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AT&T Global Network Client then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AT&T Global Network Client not working
