1. Last but not least the app looks like its always updated, thank you Dev, I found my new adblocker 🙂🏆I don't want to give a poor rating, I just can't get it to work on Alcatel phone.

2. Bit the constant pop ups over half the screen are too much.Been using it for years on desktop, mobile has always been iffy but recently its flat out stopped working.

3. Desktop version I have nothing but good things to say but the mobile has always been pretty poor and has stopped working altogether, even fully updated.

4. Did you change the whitelist to a blacklist that allows all the other damn sites to throw out pop ups that are constantly covering content and making the browser next to unusable? ETA: I see that many users are complaining about the app's performance with YouTube specifically.

5. Best ad blocker ever!I just switched to betafish this works lovely with my Yandex browser, I obviously set it to acceptable ads, & I hardly see any, plus it gives you options to block different trackers.

6. I've downloaded quite a few other Samsung ad blocker apps and didn't really know which ones were working.

7. For ppl giving this app 1 or 2 stars please work it out 😅 I almost bypassed this app but thank god I tried it.

8. Uninstalling.I have been using this app on my device for a while and I think it works like a charm! I've just started using a new device and was transferring files across.

9. Tried it on Chrome & Samsung Internet.This does not block ads on my Samsung phones.

1. Fix AdBlock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AdBlock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AdBlock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AdBlock" » Open AdBlock for Samsung Internet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AdBlock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AdBlock for Samsung Internet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AdBlock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AdBlock for Samsung Internet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AdBlock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AdBlock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AdBlock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AdBlock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AdBlock not working

2. Fix AdBlock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AdBlock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AdBlock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AdBlock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
