1. Using it while in landscape mode makes me wish you could orient notes to fill the screen horizontally or that there was an option to toggle notes to be horizontal rather than just the two options of portrait orientation and longer portrait.

2. It certainly saves me some time so I like it for the most part.I won't have a phone that doesn't offer this feature! I can color code or use any one of the numerous options to highlight or distinguish different passages to my heart's content.

3. Unless you have the time to type out all your notes, I would definitely NOT recommend this feature!!!The app is pretty straightforward to use, it definitely helps me keep track of all the little things I forget the numbers of.

4. Lots of great potential but still in its infancy, at least in terms of handwriting.The note function is fine, but when you try to use voice to text a "note" It is ridiculously horrible.

1. Fix Samsung Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Samsung Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Samsung Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Samsung Notes" » Open Samsung Notes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Samsung Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Samsung Notes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Samsung Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Samsung Notes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Samsung Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Samsung Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Samsung Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Samsung Notes then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Samsung Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Samsung Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
