1. This seems to be keeping customers obscure about their usage!! Is it a crooked idea to make bill soar? ------------------ 7 June 2023 - seems like the usage statistics are showing now! So giving 3 ✨Poor Dashboard.
2. All are facing same issues.This app is not working properly since 1 week whenever I try to open its not opening loading only and shutting down automatically.App is not getting open, after clicking on app it opens the app and immediately close the app.
3. I am tired of updating the app and have to login every day just for a few details.The app is not even opening for the last few days, continuously crashing.
4. Whenever I open this app to check the balance / usage it always automatically shutting down again i have to open the app like 2 or 3 times.
5. Can't see the data usage.I noticed they removed usage statistics from the screen.
6. Most of the time, it does not show data usage.
7. Not working anymore.Always have problem to open.
8. But last todays it's not opening still I'm facing the same.
9. It takes long and in the end ( something went wrong) I have to reinstall it.You are kindly requested to please stop updating the app on a daily basis.
10. What is the purpose of showing graphs on a small screen when I can't even zoom in.

I am the old owner of Gulf Clinic. I sold my business to Mr Khaled Obeidat and his local partner Mohammed Hamad Mubarak Hamad Al Nuaimy in November 2021.
After the sale was concluded, Mr Khaled asked me to sign a request for a new Malaffi connection for Gulf Clinic at the etisalat office in Al Ain so that he can transfer the clinic to his name. I did what he asked me to do out of courtesy and left the UAE after 34 years of practicing dentistry.
After I left the country, Etisalat started sending me monthly bills for the Malaffi connection and Mr Khaled told me that he will be taking care of these bills because they are now the new owners of Gulf Clinic.
I am sorry to say that they did not follow up on their promise to settle the payments, the clinic never reopened for business and the Malaffi line was never used even once because of that.
Furthermore, the electricity was disconnected on the clinic premises 6 months after my departure and is still disconnected because they still did not honor their bills either.
In the meantime, Etisalat has continued to send monthly bills to my email although there has been no power and the service was never used once.
In January 2024, I received a text message on my phone informing me that the line was disconnected and to assess the engineer’s service quality.
The final bill is now 14161.45 Dirhams.

I tried to explain the situation to the collection officers who have been calling me and emailing me but they are unable to help.
I would like to settle this situation permanently but I would like some clarifications about the amount to be paid.
My question is, why did Etisalat wait from November 2021 until early 2024 to disconnect the line and did not do it earlier?
I thought that it should be automatically cut off if the bill is not paid after 6 months?
I am still outside the UAE but I would like to settle this account because of my reputation.
Please help me understand in a fair manner how these calculations have been made and why it took so long to disconnect the line.
I would also like to ask for a reduction on this large amount.
I can provide any documents necessary that will attest to the details mentioned in this email.
Can you please help and advise?

I from Eminence Interiors LLC requested to cancel my business landline number 042951151 on 30th June 2022. Why am i getting the the bills till date. I have sent emails of complaint twice , but nothing happened. My account says bill of July as overdue, when i have cancelled the account on 30th june. Pls take action and cancel the landline account 04-2951151.
