1. Great experience! Maybe you should pack up and go home?It's been 4 months since my postpaid sim have issue with Internet issue!!! I get around 0.02mbps from the past 4 months in a row now and still my issue has not been resolved!!!! And for the monthly payment you guys give ot to collection agents exact on time!!!! Kindly note im not gonna pay any bills from now on!!! No matter whatThis app is not stable at all.

2. In early days it send a message to you who called you whenever you're not in network now they send a message someone tried to calling you & if you want to see him go to call manager option in Airtel thanks app & if you tap on this option it doesn't show anything.

3. Many time when we click on MyWifi it shows "unable to connect" and suggests to reboot your router.Very poor app, I am trying to renew my broadband plan, but it just not possible, always gives error try later.

4. i have tried contacting there customer care and wasted around 24 hours of my life to just get a call from them but i didn't get any call from them after repeated tries.

1. Fix Airtel Thanks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Airtel Thanks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Airtel Thanks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Airtel Thanks" » Open Airtel Thanks: Recharge & Bank » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Airtel Thanks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Airtel Thanks: Recharge & Bank app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Airtel Thanks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Airtel Thanks: Recharge & Bank" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Airtel Thanks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Airtel Thanks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Airtel Thanks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Airtel Thanks then reinstall.
