1. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and when I launch only a globe pops up behind a blue screen.. It would also be nice if I can view my business account with the same app.
2. Restarting my phone, clearing cache and data doesn't help fix the problem.
3. I stopped receiving push notifications from the Navy Federal app the same time the app stopped working on my phone.
4. Already attempted all the fixes, clearing cache, clearing data, full reinstall, always the same failure mode.I have used this app for years with very few issues, until now.
5. I cleared cache, updated the app, uninstalled & reinstalled, signed up for digital banking, ect.
6. This is the first time in years I've had issues with the NF app but this has been going for months now.The 2-Factor verification is extremely slow, if it even works at all.
7. I've cleared the cache, cleared the data, uninstalled, and reinstalled it again.
8. Now whenever I try to open it, it just stays stuck on a blue screen with the Navy Federal logo on it and doesn't do anything.
9. I hope this issue gets fixed.UPDATE: The app started working again and everything is back to the way it was! When the app works (which most of the time), it's a seamless experience throughout.
10. Uninstalled then reinstalled app; working ok, but I wonder when it will go FUBAR... 16 June 2023... Well, it went FUBAR.
11. I've deleted the cache and storage, then tried reinstalling, restarting my phone.
