2. Very disappointing after how great it's been.The app is great! However, if you have more than 1 account, i.e., business account and a personal account, and you're using the app to go back and forth from one to the other, It gets complicated.

3. The brick & mortar bank moved to a highly inconvenient place & I have to take time off work to get there before it closes because of horrible traffic, so it would help to be able to deposit ALL my checks with the app.

4. Kinda feels like I'm behind when speaking to those who have other apps, but that is understandable knowing that this is a FCU which is more personalized than national conglomerates, so I don't mind the bells and whistles.

5. Also, there was no notification about the "new" endorsement requirement, so that delayed a deposit for me!It's been a marvalous relationship with truliant fcu.

1. Fix Tru2Go Truliant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tru2Go Truliant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tru2Go Truliant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tru2Go Truliant" » Open Tru2Go Truliant Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tru2Go Truliant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tru2Go Truliant Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tru2Go Truliant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tru2Go Truliant Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tru2Go Truliant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tru2Go Truliant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tru2Go Truliant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tru2Go Truliant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tru2Go Truliant not working

2. Fix Tru2Go Truliant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tru2Go Truliant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tru2Go Truliant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tru2Go Truliant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
