1. I have to admit at first I thought this app was a scam after I had 1 issue with it But I had the unique opportunity to actually speak and message with one of the app developers who fixed that issue but also worked with me to help make the app better I gave him some suggestions that he and his team are going to use to make improvements on the app this app is really cool because when you shop at a store there are no exclusions on what you get cash back on like alot of the other apps do its nice!!I'm trying to set up a bank account with you guys but it keeps saying that I need to verify my account but I've never seen anything that says to verify and multiple attempts to contact you have resulted in nothing!Keeps saying my account fail due to some issues and contact support.

1. Fix StoreCash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart StoreCash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the StoreCash App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StoreCash" » Open StoreCash » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StoreCash » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear StoreCash app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StoreCash servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StoreCash" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check StoreCash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StoreCash might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall StoreCash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StoreCash then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StoreCash not working

2. Fix StoreCash Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StoreCash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StoreCash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StoreCash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
