Microsoft Stream Customer Insights

1. Just generally a poor video playback experience. It was good until the latest update....always Microsoft when it is trying to update something it becomes worse I don't know why ....but the app became very stupid in the search it is always showing up there is no videos although they are existing and there is no possibility to download on the device the video as it was in the past before that stupid update And I can't see the name of my doctor to subscribe in his channel The app is very stupid and waste of time.No hyphen mark working as to go specific date.

2. I can only see my personal video files and some recently added videos, but can't access anything even remotely close to what I can on a desktop... Had hoped to use Stream company wide but we need an app version that actually works.

3. I tried to see if I could access the videos via SharePoint that are inaccessible here... Nope 😕Overall Stream is a great tool, but the functionality of the mobile app is limited.

4. Now that Microsoft is killing off the current version of Stream, I would not hold my breath that this mobile app would get any love from dev team. The app doesn't allow multiple account sign-ins.

5. Then most important matter is try to make videos, sorts in atleast 2 videos in a row / columnI've never use this I would assume that it streams Microsoft video content at remarkable speed possible videoIt's great as far as it goes.

6. No wonder zoom took over.Horrible UX, scrolling doesnt work here and there, video playback sometimes won't keep the screen on so you have to constantly tap your screen, buttons for full screen etc are too small, no watch history, so if you get halfway through a video and come back to it later, you have to go find the link again from scratch, could do with shortcuts like double tab to seek forwards.

7. edited: reading through other comments, I look forward to seeing channel support this summer!Three stars because I am thankful to be able to get to our videos hosted in Stream.

8. Taking off two stars because the mobile app is nowhere near where it could have been if it had the same features (simple things such as skip forward, backward..) of other mobile video players that have been in the market for many years.

9. The mobile app is so lazily made, they just threw all the videos and content that you have access to in a homepage.

10. There are no notifications for channels, you can't find the channels that you "follow" in the browser version, and you can't easily filter out the types of videos you don't want to see.

11. The desktop version allows me to choose between which groups and classes i am in to choose the respective videos.
