1. It's not on my end, Windstream!This app is great to have but the provider needs to step up their game a bit! My net goes out every single time it rains and there is a hassle with my bill all the time BUT they are always quick to respond when it does mess up and they always fix billing issues quickly and satisfaction is usually the end result so I will continue with Go Kinetic and recommend it to my friends! Update!!! After they sent a guy that wasn't afraid to climb the pole and clear it my net works perfectly!Go with another company! The internet would disconnect and reconnect up to 2-3 times PER MINUTE!! I never had consistent signal and opted to use my data.

Beyond that...it's nice to manage billing but lost most of its appeal...oh and it's painfully slow to load and the chat option is always experiencing high volumes so good luck getting anyone.Having had this service at multiple addresses and in different states, I highly recommend AVOIDING WINDSTREAM AND AFFILIATES at almost all cost.

You run the risk of entirely losing what you've paid for every time any work is performed on the phone lines supportig your connection, as they will often mistakenly disconnect your own service to hook up a neighbor's new one, and it can take weeks for them to schedule to come back.Pretty convenient for making payments.
4. I used to work in customer service and I would never talk to a client the way they spoke to me.New update: Working perfectly.
5. Although hardware support is very good, tech support for help with software settings and such seems like it is a different organization.
6. The only thing I found a little complicating is that my bill had a past due payment (seems I had forgotten to pay July ..life gets you sometimes that way) but it only showed me a total amount.
