Why should I report an Issue with Mixer – Interactive Streaming Beta?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Other than this, for the most part, its a good streaming platform, and I hope to see it overtake Twitch very soon ;) keep it up guys!Back means back! Why do I have to press the back arrow instead of system os navigation?? Consistency is nowhere to be found! Mixer looks and functions differently on every platform I've tried it.. I thought I knew how to find the stuff I'm looking for after getting used to it on xbox but here it's totally different.It's a good app but needs some work on the xbox side of it, a bit buggy with disconnection issues and a blank bar.

Desperately needs a pop-out video player, so you can continue watching a stream while you use other apps, as well as an audio-only mode that continues playing even when the screen is off.Very good but will there ever be a background play mode where you can have the stream play in a small screen on top of other apps? And can we have the audio continue to play if you turn off the screen as an option? This would really set the platform apart from Twitch and other streaming sites/appsVery slow.

3. Beta app was also frequently or maybe never giving me Sparks.What a perfect app to have in these covid-19 times! EXCELLENT time killer, super large variety, and not too many "hic-ups" considering how many people are on the internet, breaking server login records left, right and center! I'm very satisfied with Mixer Beta service on my Galaxy E 10" tablet! And flawless functionality with my desktop as well! From music to makeup, positive mental health to gaming, Mixer has a little something for everyone!I like the app, however, the lack of functionality is disappointing.

4. I would love to see an option so we can control the opacity of the display... so we can see through it for maximum gameplay.Useful public beta environment for the dedicated Mixer user.

5. There is still no option to zoom while watching a stream to fill your screen (most phones have 18:9 displays now, and all streams are in 16:9, hence why a zoom feature is needed).

6. I'll stick to "other streaming services".Crashes constantly and/or reboots my tablet.

7. streams sometimes buffer endlessly despite good internet, or there's constant skips or quality drops.

8. Moved to Firefox until both mixer and the beta are fixed.

9. Takes me to mixer sign on page.

10. MixPlay frequently doesn't work, gets stuck on waiting for game to initialize display.

1. Fix Mixer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mixer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mixer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mixer" » Open Mixer – Interactive Streaming Beta » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mixer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mixer – Interactive Streaming Beta app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mixer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mixer – Interactive Streaming Beta" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mixer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mixer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mixer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mixer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mixer not working

2. Fix Mixer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mixer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mixer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mixer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
