1. Needs updates to make it a contender among other calender/booking platforms.Website works great, mobile app royally sucks!! Been using the Bookings feature with my O365 subscription for years and it works great from a website and calendar syncing perspective! This mobile app has not worked for months! Everytime I open it is just says there's nothing booked and keeps saying "syncing".
2. If I had a choice I would use appointlet rather than Bookings.Everytime I sign in to app it seems to freeze up during syncing.....tried dozens of times, force close, reopen, freezes over and over again....tried uninstalling, reinstalling, no luck...if i.cant book appointments or make edits, etc on the go, what the h%ll is the point.....I will end service shortly and transition to something more reliable.....oh, I have a brand new s10 android, so its not the phone if that's what your thinking....Utterly useless.
3. Also it doesnt keep a list of bookings a client does on their profile.Bookings adds much needed functionality to Outlook and is integrated beautifully across devices and platforms.
4. The only problem I had is trying to find where to download it.Hi The App is still a little clunky (some specific issues below) and needs some improvement, but seems usable for our purposes so we are intending to start using it next month.
5. Hadn't used the app for a long time and it wasn't showing any bookings, just saying "syncing".
6. I'm new to bookings but it would be great if the scheduled times would show up in the staff members Outlook calendar.
7. Come on Microsoft, sort this out!I have been using Bookings in my laptop for my business and it is easy to use, professional and convenient.
8. Bookings is obviously built for businesses to interact with clients, but it would make sense to also offer the option to tailor the functionality for use within an organization.
9. How does it look with more? (#2) Android App Bug Setting lead time does not pop up the keyboard.
10. In light of #4 below, I'm posting these issues here in the hope they can be addressed soon! (#1) Android App Enhancement Make calendar navigation more intuitive.
11. The email notifications do not have custom data and requires us to go to the booking page each time to get it so that's a bummer.
