As we bring in new partners who would start judging the content based on the app and IBOs like us who are paying $200/month, its high time that BWW pays attention to this and address basic feature like this IMMEDIATELY.1. I think there needs to be a more modern audio navigation tool for mobile devices.

2. there needs to be a "playlist" feature to sort out sets of streaming talks at the users preference and not just "categories" other wise I am liking what I am seeing so far with the app, very excited to see any improvements to it.Great app for learning how to grow a business, and changing your mindset.

3. Other than that, it's a great app, thank you for putting it in your store.Whenever the share video is playing, it crashes the internet router at my home (sometimes just the WiFi, other times it is both the wired and WiFi both).

4. Please look into it.Audio doesn't pause when receiving a call or navigating to other app.

5. Also we need continuous Play option from one talk to another so no need to struggle while driving.App crashes a lot while listening to BSM, it's quite frustrating to use.

6. Update 2/23/22: The "recents" tab is a useful feature! One defect I want to bring to your attention: if I navigate away from the app while a talk is playing, and then return to the app, it crashes.

7. Any other audio streaming app uses the same feature aside from BWW tech.

1. Fix BSM Xstream Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BSM Xstream: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BSM Xstream App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BSM Xstream" » Open BSM Xstream » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BSM Xstream » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BSM Xstream app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BSM Xstream servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BSM Xstream" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BSM Xstream app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BSM Xstream might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BSM Xstream. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BSM Xstream then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BSM Xstream not working

2. Fix BSM Xstream Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BSM Xstream be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BSM Xstream not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BSM Xstream may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
