So, over all, it gets 3 stars.Good but not the best though my internet is very gud I have issue in sharing screen (during the class he screen sharing suddenly stops by its own ) and the voice is breaking there must an option to annotate and main issue is the voice is echoing even though the sound in reduced.

2. It would be better if we can manually change the setting like enabling HD video, mic quality, virtual background and etc.....The settings are terrible! The video and audio settings has to be modified.

10. It's a plus point that the app is secure, but as a minus point, the host doesn't have to grant permission to an attendee to allow a person in the meeting.

1. Fix Video Conference Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Conference: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Conference App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Conference" » Open Video Conference - TeamLink » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Conference » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Conference - TeamLink app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Conference servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Conference - TeamLink" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Conference app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Conference might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Conference. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Conference then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Conference not working

2. Fix Video Conference Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Conference be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Conference not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Conference may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
