1. Mobile device home screen doesn't say much, have to sort through work orders trying to find the one you want.

4. I've used alot of mediocre apps for service techs, but this is one of the worst.Take a simple useful program and make it extremely combersome.

11. How is this better than FSM? After using it for sometime now I find that it's even worse than I originally thought.
