1. Very frustrating when trying to log info for an hour or two on more complex issues Can there be an offline mode? Countless times, especially with specialty systems with critical charge (why i use the probes), I'm in a mechanical room with no signal for either wifi or data, regardless of the carrier.
2. Thankfully there are 3rd party developers that provide working apps.Confusing at times, most videos aren't updated for the latest version since the UI was overhauled, so it's really frustrating trying to make sure probes are up to date or properly selected.
3. When the app does work though, it's really handy and intuitive.I bought the kit with the pressure transducers, temperature clamps, and temperature and humidity sensors.
4. Perhaps having it fade to grey after 30 seconds would be a nice way to show that there is an issue.Very useful when trying to diagnose an issue requiring you to be in 2 seperate locations.
5. Confused to why I need bluetooth, location, and wifi for connection with the gauges...Just updated the application, had no options for keeping the old one.
6. Time will tell if working properly, will update score if it's an improvement.Surprisingly bad, won't work without internet.
7. Tools disconnect, 'recorded' readings are wiped if not specifically saved while tool is connected, difficult to do after tool inexplicably disconnects and refuses to reconnect without restarting the app.
8. When my temperature and pressure sensors loose communication the last recorded reading is maintained on the screen.
9. Would be really beneficial to have the clamp probes used with the water temperature section when dealing with water heaters, glycol systems or even ice machines.
10. Glad to see it is updated regularly as well... but, really stinks when I have to sit at a customer's house and try to download the update with minimal cell reception/internet connectivity.
11. This app just won't work without an internet, which is frustrating because it shouldn't need internet, just Bluetooth.

This is the second time I've requested to stop my subscription but you keep taking my money. next step legal action. Please refund me 2 months fees. I don't know why my request has been ignored except dishonesty.
