1. That being said, the interface is good and all of the core functions work fairly reliably.The original view and look of the work order list was fine.

It's hard to tell with road conditions and previous assignments, and it would be good if there was a way to indicate arrival within hours instead of always trying to be exact, which is unreasonable at times.Best platform like this I have used so far! App could use some improvements: Frequently outdated info will appear for several seconds until the page refreshes.
3. This has caused several moments of panic thinking I forgot to check in for a work order, only to have it refresh and show that, yes, I had checked in correctly.
4. I'm able to see my work orders but have difficulty checking in or making any updates to a work order.

The look of the app didn't need to be changed, only the features and the little bug where a buyer sends a user a message then they assign that WO to someone else, the message that they sent stays in a "unread" status because you can no longer click on it and read because it was assigned to someone else.
8. Also, why charge a service fee for expenses??? I don't get it.They work hard to make it less intuitive all the time.

10. After a few updates, the SMS notifications stopped coming in and I have missed a lot of routed work.
11. I have reached out multiple times, since creating profile, over the past 6 months to get them to help me with the issue and no response.Most of the problems have been resolved.
