Frequent crashes, forgetful nav history, UI discrepancies between itself and the desktop browser app, appointment / phone call logging sometimes doesn't sync properly, and it has its own back button instead of using the built in Android back button (which quits the app) - incredibly irritating and clunky.
2. I still use the desktop for real funnel mgmt, but this is a nice quick stop for CRM needs when I'm on the move and need info or to update a deal.It's not running well enough that I can rely on it for anything other than looking up data, and even that isn't useful in some scenarios.

I'd much rather use Salesforce, or something like it.lots and lots of improvement needed to be done Not only the app but my phone is also hanged due to app and also while adding leads automatically some options popped out and also many times selection of an option is not selected after tapping also after using 5g connection the app running so slow.
4. The absolute worst thing about Dynamics is the "search" feature, which is more akin to a data entry field than a true search function; so if you're searching for some acct that someone else entered in differently from what you typed in, then you will never find it.
5. While it does have it's uses, they system is so slow and clunky that it just infuriates me the entire time I am suffering through it.
6. For example if you are looking for leads and you want to switch views, pulling up the calendar, checking your opportunities etc..It will get stuck for a few minutes and sometimes it comes up and sometimes it doesn't.
7. How Daimler can be rely on this app even 2 wheeler manufacturers have better apps then this app I don't understand what developers doing the app errors are happening in many little circumstanceskeyword search within an entity/table is broken.
8. It's extremely hard to log appointments on the app, it's also hard to launch addresses from the app to navigation, but the only thing that works well is if I need to hit the phone number.
9. However, once logged in and using it off and on switching between apps, before the end of the day, you will get stuck on the welcome screen.
10. I would hate for our solution to be switch to iOS.To me the app is a waste of time, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
11. When trying to open the app at the start of the day, it hangs on the welcome screen with a spinning wheel and will stay there all day.
