1. I've tried many different versions on a multitude of devices with varying levels of permissions, but have completely given up on Flow or Power Apps providing any value.the signature capability is not good... not clear how to remove one if you press tick.

2. Slow, keep hanging, disconnecting I don't know what else.it doesn't support display settings with larger letter sizesAlways dropping out and need to be installAt least it doesn't crash anymore.

4. you can't take a photo and it stores direct ... many things need work ....I use this as an insurance agent, and so far so good, it's been running good on my chromebook.

5. Not only the app but my phone is also hanged due to app and also while adding leads automatically some options popped out and also many times selection of an option is not selected after tapping also after using 5g connection the app running so slow.

6. Will update review if anything changes.I'm a dynamics developer and I cant use this app to represent to my customers because its always stuck at welcome screen.

7. Never get to run dynamics.It only puts it in landscape not in portrait!!!! And I know about the setting on rotating Please help ASAPIt is horrible.

1. Fix Dynamics 365 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dynamics 365: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dynamics 365 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dynamics 365" » Open Dynamics 365 for Tablets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dynamics 365 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dynamics 365 for Tablets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dynamics 365 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dynamics 365 for Tablets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dynamics 365 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dynamics 365 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dynamics 365. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dynamics 365 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dynamics 365 not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dynamics 365 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dynamics 365 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dynamics 365 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
