1. Tried contacting HotDoc email, was fobbed off.Great app, fast efficient, no errors, always get notifications, calandar entries for appointments automated, super easy, no more calling the practice to book my appointments.

2. This makes booking appointments super easy for my life to keep moving ahead.My GP uses this app for notifications, appointments etc.

3. It is very easy to use, then once you have booked the appointment it will send a link to add to your calender, and then you are reminded both by your calender, and also the app sends a special reminder on that day.Very useful and quick to use.

4. The other annoying thing is the "Add to Calendar" button, which just downloads a file?! Better if it actually added your appointment to your calendar automatically.Does the job reliably.

5. Great, love it now dont have to wait on line for up to 30mins just to make appointments very convenient.

6. Only thing, sometimes the poor doctors get double booked on random moments when 2 ppl are booking at the same time for the same appointment.

7. Can see what appointments are available and book it when I want too..So far seems great.

8. Can't activate cells on screen and when you fail all cc info wiped and you haven to start again (next button didn't work from cc number to expirey date).

9. This feature is a great way to assist people with no knowledge of how to do it themselves.Love how easy this app is.

10. Keep getting smss for a follow up appointment that I don't need but no way to stop them for that one appointment.

11. If I make an appointment at the clinic it does not show in the app which is a drawback.Forced to enter a credit card to make an appointment.

1. Fix HotDoc Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HotDoc: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HotDoc App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HotDoc" » Open HotDoc » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HotDoc » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HotDoc app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HotDoc servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HotDoc" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HotDoc app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HotDoc might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HotDoc. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HotDoc then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HotDoc not working

2. Fix HotDoc Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HotDoc be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HotDoc not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HotDoc may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
