1. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice to try and do a video visit, when I clicked on the spot to connect and it asked me for my location I entered my address one time and then the other time had my phone location service do the next one.
2. Both time got the same message saying that this service isn't available in your area with a listing of the states that are covered.
3. This is a consistent issue for months now.When trying to get test results, Says results may not have been read yet.
4. But the functionality of it all says it has good intentions behind it, but trouble actually executing it, leaving patients just wasting more time in the long run.
5. I'm unable to get in contact via the chat function, and considering I have a multitude of conditions that means more need for contact with ny care team, the app interface falls extremely flat.
6. It's terrible!!!!!Mediocre at best? Besides its inability to update leaving me unable to acess my records when I need them is one thing.
7. It has never worked right in the 5 years I have attempted to use it.Constantly crashing, especially in terms of trying to message providers.
8. Getting notified of messages from my provider, but nothing showing up.This app is good for some things, but I don't find it as useful as the patient portal on the web.
9. I've wasted a couple of hours trying to get it to work.Location service doesn't work at all.
10. Update : as of 8/5 the app will not open, only receive an error message that the app keeps stopping.
11. Tried change to a different email account, after deleting and reinstalling the app.
