1. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice to try and do a video visit, when I clicked on the spot to connect and it asked me for my location I entered my address one time and then the other time had my phone location service do the next one.

2. Both time got the same message saying that this service isn't available in your area with a listing of the states that are covered.

3. This is a consistent issue for months now.When trying to get test results, Says results may not have been read yet.

4. But the functionality of it all says it has good intentions behind it, but trouble actually executing it, leaving patients just wasting more time in the long run.

5. I'm unable to get in contact via the chat function, and considering I have a multitude of conditions that means more need for contact with ny care team, the app interface falls extremely flat.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AdventHealth Issues

1. Fix AdventHealth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AdventHealth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AdventHealth App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AdventHealth" » Open AdventHealth » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AdventHealth » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AdventHealth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AdventHealth servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AdventHealth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AdventHealth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AdventHealth might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AdventHealth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AdventHealth then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AdventHealth not working


2. Fix AdventHealth Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AdventHealth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AdventHealth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AdventHealth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
