1. Billing and technical issues are handled via customer service reps, who can only contact tech support or billing via internal email (!).

2. I've also had some issues with appointments being cancelled because the app would not connect my provider or me into the appointment (if this happens to you, make sure they don't charge you for a missed visit!).

  5. Uninstall and reinstall LiveHealth Online. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LiveHealth Online then reinstall.
