1. Version 5 works half the time and the Android version doesn't even workAll I get is spinning circles.
2. I called customer support and they said they don't know when they'll have an app that is compatible with 5.0. They said right now the workaround is to downgrade all my workstations to 4.8. This up is useless to me for now until they come up with a new version.Hasn't been updated in too long.
3. you need to memorize code, load app, enter username password, then hope it will ask you for mfa code within 60 seconds.
4. It is very outdated and every time I start it up it asks me to look for a newer version, but there isn't one.
5. Other than these issues, it runs smoothly when you get it connect to unattended machine.Just keeps sending me in a circle with the login prompt.
6. Why is authentication popping up an external browser? The new new rescueassist product is even worse garbage as there is NO mobile solution.
7. Both the app and key app (LastPass) are on the phone - talk to each other.I recently upgraded to Goto Assist 5.0 and now this app doesn't work.
8. You can no longer properly enter passwords into Windows (10, Server 2012, Server 2016, etc).
9. That defeats the purpose of having this.This app really needs to be updated, it has touch controls only and needs to have trackpad control as well.
10. Find a better remote management/assistance solution and stop paying for this trash.
