1. Great app... it's free, easy to use, video and audio options, and a great way to communicate and attend meetings/class's in this new time of tele-health and social distancing.

4. Has good control over where the sound is output, so it works well with Bluetooth in the car *and* allows you to seamlessly transition when you get to the office! When someone shares their screen, you can pinch to zoom, which is a great feature.

5. If you are a gotomeeting veteran, you can figure it out via trial-and-error, but of you are a neophyte---you can easily go into panic mode because you did not understand the subtle difference.I found the app easy to navigate w/featured icons and prompts.

6. We tried to group using the app as it says oh my God it was horrible the stutter between the video and the audio is just really terrible.

7. There's no way a person can use his for video conferencing and real-time it doesn't work in real time.

1. Fix GoToMeeting Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GoToMeeting: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GoToMeeting App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GoToMeeting" » Open GoToMeeting – Video Conferenci » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GoToMeeting » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GoToMeeting – Video Conferenci app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GoToMeeting servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GoToMeeting – Video Conferenci" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GoToMeeting app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GoToMeeting might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GoToMeeting. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GoToMeeting then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GoToMeeting not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GoToMeeting be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GoToMeeting not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GoToMeeting may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
