1. I'm sure it has good uses but, once bitten, twice shy.The guys who use this App are possible scammers, they just tried to take money out of my account ! (Amazon Prime supposedly re p.o representative)They try to get you to buy a digital cards to process a refund, but they're actually pulling money out of your account through Amazon on none refundable purchases...DO NOT DOWNLOAD! BEWARE! downloading this app enables other people to have access to your smart phone or computer.

2. I couldn't understand his name because he didn't speak clear English.Scam! I attempted to call PayPal to resolve an issue on my account and unfortunately the link on Google was NOT PayPal and I hung up but was called back and assured I was speaking with a PayPal representative and they wanted me to download this app to "resolve my issue".

3. no retail store or online store will ask you to download this app to process a refund they will make purchases by accessing your bank, credit card, Amazon prime, etc.

4. Its the usage from bad actors.I WAS A VICTIM OF THIS FRAUD APP, BEWARE! DO NOT USE OR INSTALL! These people will take every last dime from your banking account, and not refund it, and there is no way to ever get your money back from these people.

5. Do not download this app.They almost got me!!! I received a text stating that amazon prime had successfully charged my account $139.99. i did not authorize this transaction.

6. They did investigation, and recognized the fraud, gave me all my money back, and I now have a whole new bank account and all.

7. PLEASE BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT YOU DO OR TELL YOUR INFO TO ONLINE!Installed to get a refund and by the time I recieved notification from my bank they used it to empty it .

8. In the middle of the download for go to Customer assist, the guy disappeared and phone shut down.

9. This app helps speed up an otherwise painfully hour long process to a few minutes when dealing with users whom don't know how to navigate their mobile devices.

10. if they're asking you to download so that they can process a refund hangup.

11. When I realized it was most definitely a scam I said "Are you sure I'm speaking with PayPal?" then they hung up.

  1. Restart GoToAssist Customer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GoToAssist Customer App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GoToAssist Customer" » Open GoToAssist Customer » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GoToAssist Customer » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GoToAssist Customer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GoToAssist Customer servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GoToAssist Customer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GoToAssist Customer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GoToAssist Customer might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GoToAssist Customer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GoToAssist Customer then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GoToAssist Customer not working


2. Fix GoToAssist Customer Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GoToAssist Customer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
