I also got to check my balance bc of this.This app is very helping, specialy me, when I'm using it so I gave it 5 stars, I have 1 request, can you add it from the cash card, put it down on the cash card, GCASH, so I can transfer it any time, when I'm in travel so I can use it to pay easy, please, notice it for me, that would be great if do that to me :-) thank a lot :-) I'll see it when the apps is updating :-)Enrolling: 5 mins to enter the text verification is fast enough, the problem is with the email verification, waiting 10 mins and still no email when the code only is valid for 5 mins, not to mention that inactivity will exit the app for security.

2. LBP should fix this, too annoying, can't use the app so delete it goes.The Fund Transfer feature needs to be activated on the servicing branch onsite and it is the worst inconvenience one may experience in this app, especially when the servicing branch is not responsive in email application.

3. It is always under maintenance or flat out not functioning.Im trying to sign up It really takes so much time for that email to be received.

4. Everytime i reach the point where it sends an otp via email, the email will arrive so late that it has already expire and I have been automatically logged out of the app because of a long period of time waiting.

5. Can you just remove the OTP sent through email, when your system is not capable of sending it in your given time frame.

6. OTP sent thru mobile number is received right away, once I input that, a prompt for me to input the OTP that was sent to my email.

7. For your security, you have been aigned out automatically.", When in fact I open this app everyday! App is useless for transferring money, and only for balance checking which defeats the purpose of its feature.

8. I've waited 10 mins and still havent received the email.

9. VERY INCONVENIENT.Everything is good EXCEPT the most important part, 90% of the time you cant sign in or even open the app for that matter.

10. Old review below During the enrollment process, where I'm only supposed to submit a photo of a valid document, the automatic photo taking is clearly an unoptimized feature.

11. Hassles are real and legit!As of February 2023 I can't fund transfer because it says "you have not used Landbank Mobile Banking for a while.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LANDBANK Issues

1. Fix LANDBANK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LANDBANK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LANDBANK App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LANDBANK" » Open LANDBANK Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LANDBANK » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LANDBANK Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LANDBANK servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LANDBANK Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LANDBANK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LANDBANK might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LANDBANK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LANDBANK then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LANDBANK not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LANDBANK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LANDBANK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LANDBANK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
